All In Aquatic Adventures Inc provides NAUI-certified scuba diving instruction, dive trips (including to Dauin, Zamboanguita, and Apo Island), dive packages, accommodation, and related activities in Brgy. Basak, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to confirmation and our cancellation policy. You agree to provide accurate information and to pay all fees due for services booked. Failure to pay or to comply with booking terms may result in cancellation. Refund and cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Diving Safety and Responsibility

Diving involves inherent risks. By participating in our dive activities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety briefings, instructions from our staff, and applicable diving standards. You must disclose any medical conditions or limitations that may affect your fitness to dive. We reserve the right to refuse or curtail participation if we reasonably believe it would be unsafe. You participate at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
